Love and Boudoir

1. Contract Acknowledgment
By signing this Contract, THE CLIENT acknowledges that he/she has read it in its entirety and is signing it of free will, wishing to book a Boudoir Photography Session. THE CLIENT understands all Terms and Conditions and accepts responsibility for signing said Contract. The Client acknowledges that he/she will be attending the Boudoir Photography Session and is contractually obligated to all said Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of payment and denial to attend.
2. Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY: The session fee of $400 is strictly non-refundable once paid, as it secures your booking date and reserves studio time. In the rare event that a refund is issued for product purchases or collections, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Abby@loveandboudoir.com.
3. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
4. Fees and Payments
- Session Fee: A session fee of $400 is required to secure your booking. This fee is strictly non-refundable.
- Full Payment: All remaining balances for collections or products are due on the date of the session.
- Image Retention: Love and Boudoir does not keep unpurchased images past the date of the session. It is the client's responsibility to purchase desired images during the viewing.
5. Attendance and Age Requirement
A 15-minute grace period is permitted for late arrivals. Arrivals exceeding this period may result in session cancellation without a refund of the session fee.
AGE RESTRICTION: This Service and our website are strictly for users who are **18 years of age or older**. By using our website and booking a session, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.
6. Privacy and Consent
Love and Boudoir values client privacy. We will only share client images on social media, marketing materials, or the web once explicit written consent has been obtained from the client.
7. Mobile Message Service Terms (SMS/MMS)
The Love and Boudoir mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Love and Boudoir. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms").
- Use Cases: By providing your mobile phone number, you authorize us to send you text messages regarding appointment reminders, session updates, account notifications, and exclusive promotional offers.
- Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Abby@loveandboudoir.com.
- Carriers: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Limit of Liability
Client acknowledges and understands that the Photographer's liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages is limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Photographer.
